Richard Hughes has been cooking professionally for more than 37 years. Combining The Richard Hughes Cookery School and The Lavender House has allowed Richard to share his lifelong passion for food with an ever-growing audience. Richard is now a proud owner of a Lacanche Chemin finished in Burgundy Red enamel. Richard has kindly published a fabulous recipe for braised beef cheeks on the Lacanche recipe page.
